In October, Vericor held its semi-annual Operator Conference and Customer Appreciation Day for commercial marine customers and operators. This year the conference was held for the first time in Antibes, France. Crews from Mediterranean based Vericor powered yachts attended to hear from and interact with the Vericor customer support team. Vericor welcomed both old friends and newcomers to this year’s event. Again, there was a very good turnout, representing some of the most interesting and fastest yachts in the region.

As at the last conference, A.B.A. Yacht srl of La Spezia, Vericor’s regional service provider, gave a short presentation of their offerings and abilities for those not yet introduced to them.

Shannon Rogers, Vericor Manager for Marine Programs and Aftermarket said “Vericor takes this responsibility very seriously, we want to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied and know we are committed to supporting their operations.”

In the days following the conference, many attendees took advantage of Vericor’s offer of onboard checkout sessions and one on one time with Vericor technicians and managers. This presented an excellent opportunity for both parties to completely understand one another and fortified Vericor’s efforts to ensure that operators have what they need for successful operations in the future.
